RESULTS AUGUST 2022

Results Day Arrangements – August 2022
Dear Parents / Carers,
We would like make sure all students and families are aware of the arrangements for the collection of results this summer. Results can be collected in person from Bucks UTC at the following times:

Sixth Form – Thursday 18th August, 9-11am

Year 11 – Thursday 25th August, 9-11am

Students and their families should enter through the normal entrance and collect results from the Atrium. Staff will be on hand to celebrate with you, answer questions and provide support.

From 11am-3pm on each day, staff will be available for further discussions if required. It may be that students need help confirming their next steps and we want to make sure that everyone leaves knowing what they are going to do next.

To collect results, students must ensure they have their student ID card with them. If they have other commitments and are unable to attend during the dates and times above please notify the exams office to make alternative arrangements. Please email jmerrett@buckinghamshireutc.co.uk

We are unable to give out results over the phone, or to anyone other than the student unless they have provided written permission prior to results day. If students arrange for a parent or carer to collect their results on their behalf, the parent / carer will be required to bring photographic ID. Alternatively, results can be emailed to students’ school email account on request. Any results not collected on the day, will be posted out 1st class that same day.

Details about post results services will be given to students if they wish to make an enquiry about a result or they would like access to a script. Please note, exam boards do charge fees for some post results services.
Should you have any questions prior to results day please email reception who will direct your enquiry to the relevant member of staff. We hope you have a great few weeks and look forward to seeing you on the day.

Kind regards,

Nick Lamb, Principal

Bucks UTC
