If you are worried about feeling safe in school, an incident(s) of bullying or other behaviour towards you/others, please use this form to report it to us in school. The information you report will only be shared with other relevant people if we are worried that your or their safety is at risk.
We won’t ever take any action linked to other students you have named without talking to you first, unless we have an immediate concern for your or their safety.
